Online racing?

I know some people do that Formula One racing league thing, the problem I had with that was if you didnt get in early, and get a good racing team, then you stood no chance at all, of ever winning a race, even when things went well.

I was wondering if there was anything similar to that out there, where the actual team type (ie, ferrari, etc etc.) doesnt matter as much, but your choice of actually tuning the car really does?

i decided to go with a Formula One online sim, that some of the OO perople do play.

It's different from one of the ones they did play before.
