October & November = Gaming Overload

This is just my personal 'to-buy' list, so far:

October 1st - Brothers In Arms - Hell's Highway (PC)

October 14th - Saint's Row 2

October 21st - Fable 2, and Far Cry 2 (possibly Little Big Planet)

October 26th - Guitar Hero World Tour

October 28th - Fallout 3

November 4th - Resistance 2

November 11th - Mirror's Edge

November 20th - Left 4 Dead

There are other wants of mine not on your list, but between Fallout 3 and Resistance 2 the end of October is going to be busy. Also, Left 4 Dead is a must buy PC purchase for me. The game has so much potential.

luckily I have a week and change before Silent Hill Homecoming comes out, but after that it is an avalanche with Far Cry 2, Fable 2, Saints Row 2, Fallout 3, either Rock Band 2 or Guitar Hero World Tour, Left 4 Dead, Tomb Raider Underworld,  and NWN2: Storm of Zehir.  I'm sure I'm forgetting something, and a few games that were on my list got delayed into next year.

needless to say I'm going to be a bit busy.  now only if they weren't releasing Far Cry 2 and Fable 2 on the same day and a week before Fallout 3

Guess I lucked out, as the only one on the list that is a must-buy for me is Fable 2.  I'll probably get Fallout 3 and Guitar Hero: WT eventually, but I'm not really in a rush for either one.

I find it funny that not one of the games on that list interests me. Fallout 3 is the only one that comes closest. Otherwise, not a single purchase for me. My wallet is thanking me now.

Out of all the goodness coming out, I only have 2 games on reserve that will probably last me till 2010.

Call of Duty: World at War - Still playing CoD4 since I bought my 360 last Thanksgiving.  All the other games I purchased only lasted about a month before I got bored with them.

WoW: Wrath of the Lich King - Still addicted after 3 years.

I should have more than enough to keep me busy through the game drought of Q1 '09.
