There are other wants of mine not on your list, but between Fallout 3 and Resistance 2 the end of October is going to be busy. Also, Left 4 Dead is a must buy PC purchase for me. The game has so much potential.

luckily I have a week and change before Silent Hill Homecoming comes out, but after that it is an avalanche with Far Cry 2, Fable 2, Saints Row 2, Fallout 3, either Rock Band 2 or Guitar Hero World Tour, Left 4 Dead, Tomb Raider Underworld,  and NWN2: Storm of Zehir.  I'm sure I'm forgetting something, and a few games that were on my list got delayed into next year.

needless to say I'm going to be a bit busy.  now only if they weren't releasing Far Cry 2 and Fable 2 on the same day and a week before Fallout 3 crybaby

I am only interested in the following:

October 26th - Guitar Hero World Tour.

November 4th - Resistance 2 + Gears of War 2.

November 20th - Left 4 Dead.

Not too bad this year compared to last year's wallet carnage.

No I didn't slywink

Btw, glad to see I'm not alone in anticipating Left 4 Dead. That could be co-op heaven. I just hope it doesn't turn into another Hellgate.

My fall gaming budget just took a big unexpected hit, so now it's looking like only Far Cry 2, Fable 2 and Fallout 3.

Can I get an admin to lock this thread? My Q4 purchase list is getting ridiculous and you guys aren't helping.

Stealing from everyone's lists, I'll be buying:
Fallout 3
Saints Row 2
Fable 2
Midnight CLub:LA
Far Cry 2
Prince of Persia
GoW2

Plus a couple that I'm apparently alone on:
Smackdown vs Raw 2009
Need for Speed Undercover

I'll be looking closely at:
Left 4 Dead
Little Big Planet
Motorstorm:Pacific Rift
Resistance 2
Guitar Hero: WT

That's all after very recently buying two very time consuming games:
Warhammer: Age of Reckoning
Rock Band 2

Well, we did this once already in the Console Gaming forum, but I might as well contribute here now that that clock is ticking closer to doom:

Buying:

Fable 2
Far Cry 2
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts (and BK XBLA)
Shaun White Snowboarding [360]
Gears of War 2
LOTRO: Mines of Moria

Want to get but will probably put off for now:

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition
Baja: Edge of Control
LEGO Batman
Saints Row 2
Shaun White Snowboarding [Wii]
Fallout 3
Left 4 Dead
Tomb Raider: Underworld
Mirror's Edge

Guess I lucked out, as the only one on the list that is a must-buy for me is Fable 2.  I'll probably get Fallout 3 and Guitar Hero: WT eventually, but I'm not really in a rush for either one.

I find it funny that not one of the games on that list interests me. Fallout 3 is the only one that comes closest. Otherwise, not a single purchase for me. My wallet is thanking me now.

Out of all the goodness coming out, I only have 2 games on reserve that will probably last me till 2010.

Call of Duty: World at War - Still playing CoD4 since I bought my 360 last Thanksgiving.  All the other games I purchased only lasted about a month before I got bored with them.

WoW: Wrath of the Lich King - Still addicted after 3 years.

Preordered from Amazon (most with a $10 coupon that I get when they ship, that will then be rolled onto games later in the list):

Persona 4
Prince of Persia
Tomb Raider: Underworld
Valkyria Chronicles
Fable 2
Gears 2
Little Big Planet
Fallout 3

Keeping an eye on:
Resistance 2
Mirror's Edge

Oh lord, looking at that list all at once, I'm thinking that may be too many.  I suspect Valkyria Chronicles may get moved off the buy list.

My current backlog (games I own), in order of priority of finishing them:

1. Far Cry 2
2. Dead Space
3. Fallout 3
4. Red Alert 3
5. The Witcher: Enhanced
6. King's Bounty

I'm still playing Warhammer Online, and Call of Duty: World at War will be a must-own as well.

Because of the PC glut, I've neglected some 360 titles I really wanted to play - Rock Band 2 and Fable 2, for starters.

I should have more than enough to keep me busy through the game drought of Q1 '09.

I bought and finished Dead Space already, and absolutely loved it.
Now it's Fallout 3 on my plate
Resistance 2 comes this week
Gears 2 comes this week
Left 4 Dead is on preorder

Wait and see on:
COD5
Mirror's Edge
Prince of Persia
Tomb Raider
Guitar Hero WT
....anything else for that matter

I seriously have to stay away from Amazon. They're killing me with their sales. I've got enough games in the past couple of days to last me for a year.
