My wife and I played Apples to Apples with a group of about 10 people over the weekend. (With two expansion crates)

The problem is, once you've got ten people playing a game, it's hard to find another game to play. We played for three hours, because - what else you gonna do with that big of a party?

What are some other games that are simple and easy to pick up that scale to large numbers of drunken people quite well?

I was going to say Orgy, but you slipped Strip Poker in there (along with all the other games I would have suggested)

Cranium

Always a crowd pleaser around here. Basically anything you can play with teams wins.

It was this moment that took the movie from being a little ho-hum to “holy shit, did that shark just eat a plane!?”

My favorite party game is Time's Up.  One part charades, one part Password, and one part silliness.  Tons of fun.
