My God....what a day.
Essentially, the power outage on the 10th caused our server to go down. Unfortunately it wasn't the end of the pain as a few of our database tables had become corrupt. Lurking in the shadows we also had an issue with a table that had grown to over 4GB of data! The combination of some DB repair, clearing the uber-huge table, and some other backend work restored everything.
All that said, I'm gonna go take up drinking again. I'm also scheduling some emergency downtime this evening for a site-wide backup and some maintenance.
