New posts and response to own posts links gone?

I noticed this on my iPad and thought it was just a temporary issue, but now I see it's present on my laptop as well.

These are the links that normally show up in the top right corner and allow you to view new posts/responses to your posts, etc.

they're still there.  are you sure you didn't collapse that part?  look where it says 'Hello Teggy' on the left hand side and right across on the right hand side right next to the date there should be a plus/minus sign.  if it is a plus sign click on it.

Sort of impressive that it carries over from the iPad.
