I dont know if this is the forum, my browser or something else, but it seems once in while when I quote someone else, things get really wierd whenever I try to type a reply. The scrollbar refuses to stay where the cursor is, and goes up above it, leaving the line where the cursor is hidden, i.e. below the box in which I type. This results in the scrollbar going up and down really fast whenever I type, rendering it impossible to see what I'm typing.
anyone else seeing this? Never happened before this month or so.
btw, using latest explorer as browser

Well there's your problem. That said - I've seen it occasionally as well. I consider it nothing more than a temporary glitch of the browser (I think I've seen this happen in Firefox, too), as it sounds like it's only occasional.

I think I've seen this happen in Firefox, too Liar! Firefox is awesome and pure and perfect in every way. Don't you be disparaging it.

I've actually seen a weird issue with spoiler tags when using Safari on Mac. Sometimes (not always) when someone uses spoiler tags, opening the tags only results in a thin area visible, You have click into the area and drag down to scroll through the text.

I've seen that same issue in Google Chrome on my PC.

I'm really glad I'm not the only one having this problem. It seems to only have started recently (the day I lost my job ). Coincidence? Who knows. But I'm having the exact same problem and closing out of the browser or restarting our computer doesn't seem to help.

I have the same problem on my work laptop, which uses IE 8. My Firefox machine at home is fine.

Seems to be a size issue, actually. Wrote a somewhat longish text, and it started doing it again, even though there was no quotes in my text

Imagine how I feel. It happens with every single one of my posts.

I just saw it posted that this issue is with IE8 and you can solve it with turning on compatibility mode - will try at home!
