Both at home and work, I've notice that the forums seem slow to respond to requests. Also, I have had Tapatalk time out on connection requests. Any evident issues that you're aware of?

There was some backend work Mike has been doing over the past few days (some exciting stuff - at least from what I gather).
Perhaps that was happening ... I didn't get any slowdowns today, but for the past couple days I have seen some pretty big hiccups.

I've been hammering the database a bit, but it shouldn't have affected the forums at all. I've stopped for the time being until I can troubleshoot what was causing other issues I encountered....

I've noticed this for days now, especially during 'busy' times (afternoon/evening). The main site seems fine, but the forums are very slow (seconds to pull up a thread instead of nearly instant).

Been seeing this too, for whatever that is worth. It just took 12-15 seconds to get to the first new post in the Netflix topic, btw.

Ive noticed that the forums are loading very slowly as well. GT is the only site I frequent that has this problem, so Im fairly sure the issue is on GT's end.
