CG Favicon

I was wondering if anybody had the tools or skills to make me a copy of the Console Gold favicon with a transparent background?  It shouldn't be difficult to do, but I don't have anything to edit icons with.

I have a CG icon on my desktop, but I have a black background.  I also have one on my taskbar, but that is silver.  The white icon doesn't look good, but one with a transparent background would be great!  Sure it's nitpicky, but I have issues. :shock:
