What I am asking is this:

Let's say I have 1000 posts.  Is there a way to show a breakdown of how many of those thousand I posted in Sports vs. Off Topic vs. General, etc.. etc... ?

Just curious if that option is available, as I think it would be cool to see.

Nope, no option for something like that which I'm aware of.

If you wanted to do a little work, you could use the search function, put your name in the author field, and restrict the search to each forum.  You'll be told how many posts were found at the top of the search.  Rinse and repeat for each forum.
