Can only see top part of forum

I cc cleaned my pc and when I logged back into GT I can only see the top half of the forums from Console to Hardware. If I logout I can see the entire thing, which is how I can post this. It's kind of weird that I can't see the entire forum though.

Click the plus sign to the left of "Non-Gaming."
