All day I've been getting spotty and ultra slow CG performance, while having no issues with other sites, I know I'm not the only one, anything going on?

I couldn't log on early this a.m. but have had no problems since.

We fought SEVERE server issued this morning.  I started in on them at about 3:45am and didn't stop until about 11:00am.  The host assures me that it should be back up to speed but they are still monitoring.
