I was wondering if there was any way to get to past features once they are pushed off the main page.

For example, I was looking for KD's Total Overdose preview, but the only place I could find it was using a link from his post here, but couldn't find it anywhere else.   Is there another way to find that article from the main page or am I just dense?  ...oh wait, don't answer that second part.  Tongue

*nods*  Zarkon is right.  Currently they are not listed anywhere so you'd have to hit and article and decrease the number.  I realize how lame that is and we are working to resolve it.  smile

Just a quick little background info (so you guys don't think I'm 100% laying down on the job over here - only 97.3%)

The article system that you're all referring to was a custom little job I built for the staff to use during this years E3.  It was meant to be a lot less structured and allow the staff to write a lot more free-form. There was a menuing system built onto the E3 pages which allowed people to access previous articles.

People liked the article system and wanted to use it for things after E3 - so a couple quick little hacks made it available to the main site as well. Which left us with a little dilemna. Since we were already planning on doing a new redesign and feature add later this year we could fully integrate the e3 article system into the main site now but doing that would require a much needed redesign of some of the secondary pages.  Or we could just use the e3 article system as a temporary solution until the redesign and new features are added.

Since i don't like doing the same work twice - I voted for limping around with the current article system until a better one could be added during the redesign. I can't remember who else agreed with me but someone must have since that's what we're doing.

So yeah it's a little annoying but on my grand scale of things that need to be fixed with the site it's actually probably only about a 6 or 7.

Couldnt somebody just make an index/archive HTML page?

PS- I also thought reviews/previews/whatever were going to have the author's name.  Is it there and I didnt notice it?

And a more obvious way of telling which system its for too-sometimes it gets hard to tell.
