Yesterday i got my 360 finally and after all the bad rumors i heard about it, i decided to get the xtended waranty, after being hung up once after i JUST gave them my credit card info and a dumb rep the 2nd time i finally get my waranty.  But to my avail i been charged TWICE for the waranty and there closed on the weekend (or are they its like midnight here), gah im starting to wonder why i exactly bought this 360 in the first place since the dash board is kinda hard to manuver, and this maze like settings panel...

i have come to expect bad publicity with major console launches....i remember both ps2 and xbox 1 scratching discs...or so it was said when they were released.....i have not had any problems with my 360

although i have hear that the problems happen when you have your 360 vertical...which i dont

anyway i have a theory that its the rival console companies who make that up......LOL,honestly

I can only speak for myself.  But when my 360 died last month Microsoft handled my exchange perfectly.  I had a new 360 4 days later.
