wheres streetfighter 2?

but does anyone know when this is coming to xbox live arcade?....it seems they are teasing at the moment,i go to new release arcades...and there is streetfighter 2

i go into it,but it is just themes and a picture pack.......when is the actual game gonna be on there?

Apparently this month and probably around 1200 points.  That's what I'm guessing from seeing whatever "rumors" have been floating around.
