What Single Player game has the biggest game world?

I am currently playing Just Cause 2 and that gameworld is gi-fucking-normous ,and it got me thinking what the biggest game world there has been

Obviously sticking to single players so no MMO's please

what do you reckon it is?

Red Dead Redemption is pretty large,as is Skyrim,GTA 4 doesn't come near i don't reckon....maybe it is Just Cause 2,have you any better suggestions?(I guess i can not vouch for PC games)

I would guess Daggerfall.  Most of the content was generated, though, so it's not really fair to compare it to fully-designed games.

I'm having a hard time believing the Burnout Paradise map size, but I guess you move a lot faster in a racecar than you do on a Warcraft ostrich.
