I don't follow game series very closely to know what game remakes / updates I should be eagerly awaiting.
I know Midnight Club:DUB got pretty favorable reviews on the other platforms and is due out at the end of this month (according the the release dates page anyway), but I'm not sure I want yet another racer.
I saw the thread about GTA, but that's a long way off..so what are you all looking forward to in the near future (summer release-ish)?

Burnout and GT4 are the big ones I'm waiting for - although we seem to know next to nothing about GT4...

GTA and Burnout are due out here 1 sept, that's still summer here. Techni is due out soon in Japan, and I might get the Jap version.

More and better emulation. For a more legal answer, I'm looking forward to more 'sit down and play a slower paced game' on my PSP, like RPGs. PoPoLo Crois for example, or any other RPG that developers decide to write for it.

For me, nothing. Which is why I sold mine. I'm sure I'll probably re-buy one in a year or so once the library is stronger (and the price is probably lower). Right now, however, the lack of any good RPG's combined with the lack of any on the horizon killed my interest in the system.

no one cares about death jr anymore (*sniff*)... I care. But I also care about Medievil. I have a feeling one'll be good and one'll suck. Just a hunch.

Yeah, me too - care! I''m really looking forward to Death Jr. - and also Medievil. And now - Techni no Mon, I'll have to see if it's "action-y" enough for me, though... and whether it will hit the States anytime near ES Oblivion

IN!
for Death Jr.!!
I still think the PSP is the best gaming machine available - It's just going to take some time for the games to catch up!

FYI, the Gaming-Age forums have a thread about a Tenchi No Mon demo that came with a japanese magazine...apparently, it sucks bad.

While I was realy looking forward to that game, in a way I'm happy as the only games to tempt me to upgrade, GTA, and Burnout, aren't really must haves, and I can continue using emulators.

I was looking forward to Coded Arms, however someone on the Gaming Age forums posted the EGM scores for the game. Assuming they're correct, Coded Arms received a 4/6/3.5 Ouch. Definitely one to wait for a few reviews before plunking down cash on it.
The PSP games I'm looking forward to are:
Death Jr. MediEvil: Ressurection Daxter new Prince of Persia game (assuming its not a port).

Everytime I saw this one mentioned, for some reason I thought it was a turn-based RPG, go figure... Once I actually took a look at it, it looked great! Oh, well.
