What games are you looking forward to this year?

1. Okami
I am really looking forward to this game.  I saw the preview on X Play last year, grom I think E3, and Wow, it really impressed me.  The look, and the story.
http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/adventure/okami/preview_6108831.html

2. Rule of Rose.
Right now only a japanese release game, but really hoping they bring it here.

3.  Kingdom Hearts II
I loved the first game, for as much as some people hated the camera.  I loved the story, the art, the idea.  Hopefully this second one will be as good as the first.

Honorable Mentions.
Winning Eleven 9
Possible Guitar Hero Exspansion.

Rogue Galaxy is the only console game that I'm really waiting for.

Rise of Legends is for PC, but that's picqued my interest as well.

The only game I was waiting for in 2006 just came out.  Mega Man X Collection.

I'm sure there will be more, but I don't tend to get excited until release time.  I've got enough to play as it is!

This should be good.  I hope they have Ultimate Brain Games as well.  I really enjoy the Mah Jongg game and it would be a JOY to play with the stylus!  I enjoy both of the "Ultimate" collections on the GBA.  If done right I would buy them all over again on the DS.

Now that I check your list, farley, I'm just going to consider it my want list as well.

My list is too long so just sticking with the stuff that I feel comfortable will make it this year:

Zelda: TTP

Final Fantasy 3 DS
Grandia 3
Splinter Cell: Double Agent
Metal Gear Acid 2
Gears of War

And there is a whole lot more that I'm sure I'll pick up too.

I'm looking forward to seeing what comes out on Xbox Live Arcade for the 360. That's one of the coolest, if not the coolest, things of the 360 right now. I wanted a 360 for awhile, but none of the $50-$60 games attract me enough yet (Oblivion shoulda launched with 360... oh well, just get it done and done right!) to get one. From what I've seen, though, there's downright fun to be had on Live Arcade, and I'm not talking about Joust. Great potential there.

Also looking forward to more DS games. I know I will be buying 10+.

Squared.

Graduation is not less than four months away and I can almost taste the relief from here.

Well I'm most eagerly anticipating my wedding...

As far as gaming goes:
Oblivion
KOTORIII (if vague rumors of a fall release turn out to be true).

Bethesda will help me out a lot if Oblivion actually comes out in March, or is delayed until summer.  Anything inbetween I either won't have time to play, or could result in the future bride discovering just how bad my gaming addiction really is.

Halo3 on LIVE. Also SW Empire at War(sike, it's a console board. Black also looks really interesting. Great premise for a game. A little cliche, but still.

Why are people listing Halo 3?  It appears it will be a 2007 title, releasing around the same time of the movie.

Yeah, just in case anyone is still thinking Halo 3 will come out against PS3- Gates backed off of this statement during CES.  He said now it will come out whenever its ready, whether it is before, after, or alongside PS3.  I'm betting on November 2007 myself.
