Lots of new stuff out this week. The question though is, are you gonna buy any of it?

PS2:
The Ant Bully
Sprint Cars: The Road to Knoxville

PSP:
Tekken: Dark Resurrection

Xbox:
Painkiller: Hell Wars
Warpath
World War II Combat: Iwo Jima

360:
Galaga (Live Arcade)

Cube:
The Ant Bully

GBA:
Summon Night: Swordcraft Story
The Ant Bully
Battle B-Daman
Hot Wheels Compilation

DS:

PC:

Civilization IV: Warlords
Warpath
CivCity: Rome
The Ant Bully
Nancy Drew: Danger by Design
World War II Combat: Iwo Jima

For me, my slate is empty, although I might give Galaga a download to see how it is. After Frogger though, I don't know if it'll be worth much time. Although, Summon Night: Swordcraft Story looks to be interesting...

Hmm... nothing really interesting to me there.  Maybe tekken for the psp... but tekken and I don't get along all that well.

Tekken looks (graphically) awesome but, like Jarrodhk, I don't get along with Tekken very well.  OH WELL!  OFF TO PLAY VALKYRIE PROFILE!

Tekken for certain, I've heard nothing but good things about it. Also it's getting great reviews like in the 9's. I'm a maybe on Warlords, probably wait for a price drop on that, 29 for an expansion pack seems much.

Galaga demo for me, but that's probably it.  In solid multiplayer/backlog mode, between Chromehounds (finishing off the single-player, and waiting desperately for the OO squad to fill a bit more), OOTP2006, a CMAK PBEM, and some New Super Mario.

Nothing here either (for now).

I am knee-deep back into my Astros season with Clemens being added to the roster.  [MLB '06 - The Show - ps2]

I will wait patiently to hear about the Civ IV expansion though.

OH - and don't forget everyone, the Sword of the Stars demo is being released very soon.

It's in my Fry's Electronics ad for $25 starting tomorrow. That enough of a price drop for you? biggrin

And I'm definitely skipping Tekken. Why? Not only do I hate the engine itself (button mashers for the win!), but fighting games and portables just don't mix. Can you honestly imagine playing the game with that d-pad?

I don't have a Fry's locally, otherwise 25 for Warlord sound great, as for Tekken. I grew up playing it and this incarnation features the return of my favorite charactoer "Armor King" I used to kick so much ass with him in my old neighborhood.

As for the D-Pad I've heard people using a taped on quater on it, and it working fine. I'd modify my D-Pad but it'd void the warrenty.

Well, since I bought KotOR 2 and the Godfather for the PC yesterday and just restarted my Gamefly membership (Tomb Raider Legends and Burnout Revenge are due in today) plus factoring in Chromehounds and attempting to catch up on my DVR recording + BSG season 1 & 2 I'm guessing it will be nothing for me this week.....

Getting Tekken: Dark Resurrection. That game has had nothing but positive word-of-mouth going about it.

I'm very interested to hear more about CivCity: Rome and think I'll probably pick up the Civ 4: Warlords expansion someday, but at the moment I'm still having lots of fun with The Longest Journey and Eternal Darkness.

Now that's an interesting idea. I have seen little clip on D-Pads at my local EB/Gamestop that shouldn't void the warrenty if you're concerned of that happening.

I just remember playing Darkstalkers on my PSP and finding out how poorly it controlled thanks to the controller.

Nothing planned from the new releases, but I still have a bunch of credit, so I might pick up LOTR for the 360..I'm still intrigued by that one.

After looking at the to-be-released list for the next few months, I think I won't be buying anything after all, yet. Time to start saving up.

Tekken looks hawt as hell, but I can't stand the series.  Portable Virtua Fighter...anyone?  Anyone?

Nothing this week.  I've got my August planned out and can't be randomly purchasing games.
