It's a bird! No, it's a plane! No! It's the weekly release list!

PS2:
Dawn of Mana
Odin Sphere
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

PS3:
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

PSP:
Brooktown High: Senior Year
Diner Dash
Legend of the Dragon
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

360:
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
WarTech: Senko no Ronde
Rush n Attack (XBLA)
Xevious (XBLA)

Wii:
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
Blazing Lazers (VC)
Donkey Kong Country 2 (VC)
Streets of Rage 2 (VC)

DS:
Death Jr and the Science Fair of Doom
Diner Dash
Marvel Trading Card Game
Naruto: Ninja Council 3
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
The New York Times Crosswords

PC:
Halo 2
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

Well, I was going to pick up Dawn of Mana, but after reviews like this I've changed my mind. Looks like Odin Sphere will be my choice of the week for some classic 2D fightin' and adventurin'.

What are you buying this week?

The word here is: ZIPPY. Thank god. I have decided I am not buying anything until around July when the late summer early fall rush officially starts-hopefully I can stockpile money to get all the games coming out, because there are like 8 I want!!

Weren't the supposed to be releasing a Pirates of the Caribbean game on one of the consoles this week?  Looks like a 'nothing for me this week' week for me.

I'm picking up Marvel Ultimate Alliance Gold Edition (X360), Odin Sphere (PS2) and Death Jr. (DS).  I also finally decided on getting Etrian Odyssey (DS).

I'm not a fan of the Marvel "superheroes" (I use this term lightly here), as I'm more a DC fan.  We all know that DC are the true superheroes.  icon_wink Spiderman is the only Marvel character I consider a superhero.  However, the gameplay looks quite good and there could be some good fun there.  Especially playing with my son.

Odin Sphere, despite the fact that I bought FFXII again because I am realizing I didn't give it much of a chance the first time I played it.  I started it again last night and it is clicking with me now, for some reason.  My gaming time is limited as it is with all the travel I do and yet I just embarked on a 100+ hour game and want to buy Odin Sphere as well.  Add that to the fact that I have the following I have bought, but not completed:

Super Paper Mario
Splinter Cell Double Agent
Gears of War
God of War 2
Resistance
Rainbow Six Vegas
The millions of XBLA games I own
Lost Planet
Wario on the DS
Final Fantasy III on the DS
Pokemon Pearl

Why must I own games upon release, even if I only play them a bit until the next one comes out that I have to buy on release?

Oh, I will also probably get the New York Times Crossword thing for the DS unless a review says the interface is completely sucky or something.

I think the Wii VC offerings this week are Streets of Rage 2 (SNES), Donkey Kong Country 2 (Gen), and Blazing Lazers (TG16).

Odin Sphere, the first new game I've bought since Rogue Galaxy (along with a ton of used/cheap ones).

I'm not supposed to be spending money but I finished Puzzle Quest and I have a gift card for EB/Gamestop, so I'm going to go with the forum buzz and pick up Etrian Odyssey.

I figure it isn't spending money if it's a gift card.  That's right, isn't it?

a rental on pirates 3 (360) until i get a good enough feeling about it's quality.  after sm3, i am a little leery of movie tie-ins.

plus i just picked up crimson skies on the cheap yesterday.

i will admit that the copy of chromehounds i found for $20 is mighty tempting though.
