See title. Discuss. PS2:HUMMER: Badlands Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend Monster Rancher EVO Samurai Champloo: Sidetracked PSP:Major League Baseball 2K6 Gamecube:Odama GBA:Cabbage Patch Kids: The Patch Puppy Rescue Xbox:Army Men: Major Malfunction Classified: The Sentinel Crisis HUMMER: Badlands The King of Fighters NeoWave Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend Stacked 360:Major League Baseball 2K6 Battlefield 2: Modern Combat Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend PC:Auto Assault Condemned: Criminal Origins Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend The Sims 2: Family Fun Stuff Stacked Baseball Mogul 2007 Me? I'm gonna run right down this very minute and pick up that Cabbage Patch Kids game. Honestly though, when the heck did that make a comeback? They were popular some...25 years ago or so. On a more serious note, I'm debating on getting Auto Assault, but I'm no longer sure if I want a mostly single-player MMO based on simply driving around and shooting things (although it was a lot of fun to play, don't get me wrong). Maybe Tomb Raider on the 360, but I'm worried about the frame rate drops I noticed while playing the demo. That, and the early reviews haven't been fantastic for the title. Maybe Odama, as I remember the fun I had playing the game at E3 TWO years ago. Or more than likely, it's time to get going at that backlog I have that's only getting bigger.

Honestly, I'm hoping to have enough trade in bait for the Samurai Champloo game. Early reports don't rate it well...but my love of anime conversion titles is too great to listen to early previews. On the Cabbage Patch kids....I've been seeing a bunch of toy commercials for stuff that was popular when I was 7 to 12 years old. Pogo ball, Cabbage Patch, Strawberry Shortcake, some older board games. It seems everything is new again (for as long as the marketing keeps holding up).

Unfortunately there have been a couple of rather poor previews out so it's now first in line in my Gamefly queue. Nothing else of interest on this week's list so the backlog thing is sounding like a good idea...

I'll be picking up all 3 new 360 games.
The Tomb Raider and Battlefield demos absolutely sold me on both of those games and I really want a baseball game for my 360 despite the lukewarm Xbox reviews.

Nothing new this month for me, with the exception of a probably Tetris DS purchase at some point. Grandia III and Oblivion are keeping me more than occupied for now, and Kameo is still awaiting completion as well! My main anticipation right now is for the new Mario title on the DS next month!

If I had a gamecube, I'd be getting Odama. Honestly I have a lot of stuff that I've still barely played.

Well, I was going to buy MLB for the 360, but it looks like hardware problems (dead CPU fan) to fix might kill that for me.

Tomb Raider for me. Probably for the Xbox unless I read some reviews of the 360 version saying that the framerate has been fixed since the demo. Circuit City has the PS2/Xbox versions of TR for $39.99 this week.

I'm waiting until my kids are at least five years old before buying a TV like that. They already put their hands all over the current CRT.

Circuit City has the PS2/Xbox versions of TR for $39.99 this week. According to early reviews, the answer to that is no. The 360 version of Tomb Raider is more of a port than anything else, with a few fancy lighting effects thrown in for good measure.

I do not think anything. Burnout, Kameo, Shadow Hearts FtNW, Animal Crossing, a resurgence of Nintendogs (god I hate Archie Hubbs), and Zelda: Minish Cap are taking up my time currently.

I played a little bit of Zelda: Ocarina of Time last night.
I made my one current purchase with Oblivion (actually two since I bought Daxter) and now I feel like I'm slipping slowing into the backlog again....

Nothing here. Not buying any MMOs right now, and Sims 2 FFS? Um..$20 for FURNITURE and CLOTHES? Screw that.

See title. Discuss. Maybe Tomb Raider on the 360, but I'm worried about the frame rate drops I noticed while playing the demo. That, and the early reviews haven't been fantastic for the title. If you check here, the Eurogamer review is the only non-8 or 9 review for the game. Granted, that is for the PS2 version, but those are some pretty impressive scores.

Nada from that list, I may get Daxter for the PSP and for some reason Worms Open warfare interests me also for the PSP. Thought I might like Tomb Raider but I wasn't sold by the demo, it was fine but I just didn't resonate with it.

Tomb Raider for the 360 Maybe Battlefield 2....since I never played any of the other console versions. MLB, only if they give you 1000 easy points like the other 2k games!
