Wiiware: Niki - Rock 'n' Ball Supposedly fun, but difficult action-platformer.

Wow, this weeks list of PC games -with the exception of MLB FOM- reads like a weekly list of Wii games. At $5 and supposedly one of the best in the series, Wonder Boy in Monster Land is a possible download. Otherwise nothing for me this week.

What's Fallout 3? Name sounds familiar. So how does the DLC work for PC, have we had a thread on that yet?

DJ Max fever is a DEF maybe. After DJ Max Portable 1 and 2, I'm not sure if I want to drop $40 for a game that heavily borrows songs from the versions I've already played.

I backburnered Fallout in the fall to work through the shorter action games. That done, I'm now onto the 2008 RPGs. Fable is finished, and I'm halfway through Lost Odyssey. I'm trying to decide about my next one. Does anyone know if it's worth waiting for all the Fallout DLC to be out, and playing through with it in place (like I wish I'd done with the Fable DLC), or it is all post-FO3 completion, or standalone enough that I may as well play through Fallout next.

It is you in a simulator taking part in the Anchorage Op. If you complete it, you get new gear to use in the main game. That's how I understand it. I know nothing of 'where' the simulator is DJ Max Fever is high on my list otherwise. Edited to Add Noabunga's Ambition... Sounds interestng.

Haven't seen anything good about MLB http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/954506.aspThe two initial reviews both have negative scores. However, being unable to read it as they came from print magazines means I'm still going to wait pending a review from someone I trust. For all I know - they're giving the game a bad score for being what it is - a baseball management sim. I don't expect sharp graphics, or twitch gameplay. Otherwise, I'll probably figure out what the latest baseball mogul / out of the park game is (what are they calling that series these days? It's been about five years since I last played one.) and just get that instead.

DF - I read the reviews. They say the game is bad all around. They had legit issues for the game as a management sim. From tough to navigate, to the lack of info. All bad.
Hope to see something different...

The first Fallout 3 DLC (Anchorage) comes out tomorrow!
Cripes, I dropped F3 after getting rather tired of the repetitiveness of the missions. Also, I understand that this one is mostly fighting the Chinese. I would be happy to find that this isn't true and there's some real depth to it. Also, how many MSP for the DLC for the 360?

I have DJ Max Fever preordered, so I'll be picking that up if it actually comes out this week. I wonder why Microsoft stopped announcing the XBLA title each Monday. It's like they're trying to release each game as quietly as possible
