It's hard to believe that the next generation is almost upon us once more. Where did the years go?

PS3:
Angry Birds Star Wars
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
Battlefield 4
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures
WWE 2K14
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow—Mirror of Fate HD (PSN)

PSV:
Angry Birds Star Wars

360:
Angry Birds Star Wars
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
Battlefield 4
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures
WWE 2K14

WiiU:
Angry Birds Star Wars
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures
Sonic Lost World

3DS:
Angry Birds Star Wars
Beyblade Evolution
Doodle Jump DS
Monster High: 13 Wishes
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures
Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land
Sonic Lost World

PC:
Battlefield 4
Football Manager 2014
Master Reboot
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures
Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2

What are you buying this week?

If it turns out well, AC4 on PS4 in November.

Already knee-deep in the new Phoenix Wright game on 3DS, so nothing. Will save AC4 for the PS4.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow—Mirror of Fate HD on PS3 for me.  I almost bought the 3DS game a few times, but I'm glad I waited.

I suspect it might lose a bit of its impact if it's played without 3D though. It was handled really well in the 3DS version.

Football Manager 2014

I'm off the AC bandwagon, so I'll be  skipping that like I skipped AC3

Battlefield 4 will be a XB1 pick up

Waiting for next gen Ass Creed and Battlefield.

May get the WiiU Sonic, but I'm hoping for a demo.  I've heard the 3DS version is god-awful, but the console one has very mixed reviews.

Hell, I'm even tempted by that Pac-Man platformer (there was a good one of those a few years back), but I know that it's going to be bland as all get out.

If we are any indication, it seems the imminent release hurts the PS3 and Xbox 360 sales a bit?

Last game purchase for my 360 was GTA V and if Rockstar would have released a PC version I would have brought that instead.  So year I'm out of the current gen purchases for my 360.  Heck, I've been eyeing Alienware deal from 200.00 trade in towards a new PC for old PS3 and 360

Nothing.

I purchased Rocksmith 2014 (PC) last week and I am in love! It's so completely awesome to practice chords, scales, tremelo effects, in a game format. 20/30/60 minutes of practice just zings by so fast!
Rocksmith and Final Fantasy 14 will hold me over until the next-gen launches in November.

I've purchased the PS4 and the Xbox One.

I expect I will get BF4 eventually, but probably a ways down the road. AC IV when I finally get around to finishing Brotherhood, Revelations and III. So surprisingly nothing this week.

holding off on AssCreed 4 for the PC Gold version with the Aveline DLC.  If I'm bored I may check the local Redbox to see if they have it for the 360 to give it a spin beforehand.

Wait, hang on! Let me fix the quote in order to enhance Teggy's future experiences with this series:

For the past 3 month I have not played any other game since been introduced to League of Legends.
Hope to break the comb with BF4.
But I really need to finish AC3 so AC4 is on the Xmas list.
And I need to start GTA its just sitting here.
WTF.. League of legends has a spell on me.

Now if I could just get the Wonder Twins to stop crying long enough that I could play for more than 10 minutes at a time...
