I've got Zero Escape : Virtue's Last Reward for the 3DS preordered, and I might get Liberation Maiden, depending on price.  Also, Harvest Moon : A New Beginning for 3DS is supposed to be shipping a few weeks earlier than its 11/6 release date, so hopefully, I'll have that by the end of the week too.

missed it when I first looked at the list, but will probably grab Lucius on the PC if it gets good reviews.  Deadlight is also coming to Steam this week, and Hotline Miami just came out and looks interesting (but buggy).

Interesting... "a creative horror/puzzle/adventure game where you play a sinister six-year old boy" named Lucius who is the son of the Devil. Will have to check that one out!

I bought it and love Deadlight -- such a refreshing take on zombie action gaming and so cheap (under $15), and sharp-looking as an Unreal tech title. And they find ways to make side-scrolling platforming feel fresh. At times it feels like Limbo (Deadlight does amazing stuff with lighting, shadows, etc.) crossed with a hair of Dead Island (in that ammo is scarce, melee is fun, but you can easily get overwhelmed). The "rat section" goes on a bit much for my tastes. You will die, and often, and sometimes because you hit the wrong controller button -- I only recommend playing this with a controller -- but it seems welcomely forgiving with its checkpoint saves (rarely have to replay long passages, a big pet peeve of mine with Limbo).
