Entirely random to open this week: Half-Life 2 beaten in under 90 minutes: http://kotaku.com/these-guys-can-finish-half-life-2-in-under-90-minutes-697248030 - via a bunch of bugs and bunny hopping. Still, fun to watch in a way.

Anywho:

PS3:
Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection
NCAA Football 14

PSV:

360:
NCAA Football 14

WiiU:

3DS:

PC:
Civilization V: Brave New World
Toki Tori 2

What are you buying this week?

The NCAA update this year makes it painfully obvious that they aren't really doing anything new to this series.   It's looked graphically the same for the past 5 years.    The moves area mostly all the same animations.   The stale commentary also hasn't changed in 5 years.

The only new thing in this year's version was that they added some option stuff.   Big whoop!   Review shops really need to start degrading this series' scores each year that they don't do a substantial upgrade.

All of that to say that I am definitely NOT getting this version.    They should be ashamed of charging full price for this thing.

I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but Steam has been updating heavily today.

Looks like it is $50 on Amazon, so $10 cheaper than a normal new game.

Been clearing off games on my Wishlist on Steam.  My rule is if I see it for 50% or greater off, I pull the trigger.  I think I've grabbed about 8 or 9 games so far.  Most of them are Indie titles I've put n the wish list.  I think the only major release I have on there is Metro Last Light, so we're not talking tons of money saved, but money saved is money earned.

My steam rule is $10 or less. Nothing for me on day 1, but got X-com today! Don't think Bioshock Infinite is gonna get there this go around, so I'll wait till Christmas.
