Transformers threw me off, first game not on a Tues I've seen in a long, long time.  Went to the store and they didn't have them.  (didn't stop that bastard Kato from getting his though.)

The Transformers game rocks!!! High Moon Studios does it again.  Poor Harkonis 

that's odd, my local Gamestop has it for sale right now.  I may just swing by and grab a copy.

Well PR_GMR,  the game seems to improve on everything the first Transformers game did, with the exception of not being G1 designed Transformers.  Having a blast with multiplayer already and the campaign seems well done (don't think there is co-op for the campaign however)
Overall, I believe this is a solid purchase for those who were fans of the first game.

Well, I broke down and bought Alice.  I have this weird Alice in Wonderland fetish.  Can't resist.

Played the first level of Child of Eden and died right in the end, with one shot left to go on the boss   If you've played Rez you pretty much know what you're getting into.  It's an awesome visual and aural treat.  The controls work pretty well although I need to work out the best fire motion.  You hold your hand out to lock-on to targets and then flick it or push it somehow to fire.  My fire motion always causes the camera to go nuts   Left hand is a rapid fire shot.  Still working out the best way to switch between the two.  I was kind of hoping you could have both active. Only thing that kind of sucks right now is that you need light to make it work.  I was hoping they could just go with infrared but the Kinect doesn't like playing with the lights off in this one at least.   Looking forward to playing more but gotta hit the sack.

Got Child of Eden from gamefly today and I think it's pretty damn sweet. Bullwinkle, I have a well lit room for playing this and I had no trouble just flicking my wrist to launch the homing lasers. The sound is fantastic and don't forget that the default sound output setting is stereo for some reason, selecting it in 5.1 is such a big difference

for the record I hate, despise, loathe, abhor and generally dislike the new way they're sending out the download info.  it was better as a press release, not like they are doing now with needing to click on a link for every single title to find out the cost and stuff.

You know, I've been supsecting that my overhead lighting, while bright, is causing more problems with Kinect than it should.

Oh they've done SOMETHING alright.
I cant in good consciousness recommend this game for purchase.
The campaign is 3 and a half hours.. that's probably how long it took to get everything there is to get in online multiplayer as well.
So many bugs, issues, crashes. It's going back tomorow, and I'm picking up a copy of War for Cybertron.
