Same.
There's oddities with the ACM development and what they've shown. However, I'm still very interested in it, especially as a co-op game since I've found a wonderful group to play co-op with. So long as reviews say it's fun in co-op, I'll probably get it.
Funnily enough, I'll probably also pick up the Ys games (after reading reviews to see if the PC port works properly).

Sent you a FR on steam for some co-op accepted! Not sure when I'll have time though. Many of my gaming sessions are in small doses due to "Life"... Did play through the first mission though... Woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep (today is gonna suck).. So far I enjoyed it.... kind of creepy.... Not too keen on the jump out at you moments when the motion tracker doesn't give you any warning..ok with them, when I kind of know they're coming.... Graphics are ok, but some of the effects are kind of weak.. I can live with them though if the gameplay stays fun for me.... I do think I will NEED to play co-op at some point... haven't read up on it though.. is it drop-in/drop-out type? If I drop out am I replaced with AI? Hopefully my wife like it... She played AVP a few times with me... |

This sucks. I broke my rule against preordering games and waiting for reviews/price drops. But I jumped on this after a sale at getgamesgo.com. Now I'm apparently stuck with a turd. At least I got it for under 30 bucks. Still, that's 30 bucks I could've used on blow and prostitutes.

From my understanding from reading reviews, no, it is not drop-in/drop out. If you leave (or the connection fails), the mission just aborts. Also, you're not replacing an AI character (you're adding in another person), which makes things even easier. And also makes maps more crowded and such. From reviews though... "Game over, man! Game over!" |
