LBP2!

Anyone playing this co-op? I'd love to get a group of us to try and grab all the items, or help each other create cool levels.

I had LBP2 CE preordered from the first time it was supposed to be released smile   It is a birthday present for my son, well, now a belated birthday present for my son, but he is still really looking forward to it.

LBP2 for sure.  I'm curious about Mindjack, but I imagine there's not much to get excited about.

Here's the Nintendo load:

Repair and improve them because the show must go on. When the dust settles, you may have attained glory, even if the battle is lost. Once a big-time boss, you are now down and out, forced into the small time after your company was driven into bankruptcy by an underhanded competitor who stooped lower than even you would dare. Of course, revenge is a dish best served cold – over a drink at an expensive club, which is where the game takes place. Rebuild your fortune and show your competitor who’s really the boss. This is a witty card game with a few simple rules to test your intelligence. Starting with a small amount of resources, money and action cards, try to use those cards to cunningly step forward until you have sold all of your resources to others. Set strategies in motion to increase the value of your resources. Don’t forget: Your ultimate goal is to introduce your competitors to bankruptcy.

Will be keeping an eye on reviews for Lord of Arcana.  Looks a little too MP-focused for my tastes, but might give it a try if the single-player component is any good.

Same. Although Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep is in the Goozex mail, so may get distracted by that before I'd pick this up anyways.

Though I was securely in the "wait for reviews" camp on the Kinect, friends got us one for Christmas (I know!)  This past weekend we scooped up Kinect Sports, Game Party in Motion, and The Biggest Loser.  Between that and other Christmas presents, we now have more Kinect games than Wii games.

This week, we will be getting "Rock Band: Beatles" for the Wii - ironic, eh? - to use with one gift, the "You Rock" guitar by EZGear.  It is a great MIDI guitar, or so I'm told since I'm not the guitarist in the family, but it can't be used for video games without a conversion cartridge.  We have a pile of guitar games for the 360, but unfortunately the company hasn't gotten the license from MS to produce the 360 cartridge.  So, we'll get it for the Wii since it is our most mobile console, while we wait to see if they get their acts together.
