Good gravy! We're almost halfway through the year already.

This weekend will see GRAW2, possibly some Godfather, and I think I may finally succumb to pressure and buy GH2 for the 360.

Have had two horrible nights sleep in a row, so midnight is my cap tonight as I must catch up on my sleep for my marathon training.

Assuming I can get ePSXe running, I'll be re-starting FFVII as well.

After two weeks of being insanely busy, I can't wait to get in some playtime with ANY game this weekend. I'm going through withdrawal! I'd even play a Mary Kate & Ashley game right about now!

I should be getting Forza today.  I'm looking forward to getting into some online action with the GT crew.  It's been a while.

Well, I am working 9-7 both days this weekend, so my weekend gaming is basically going to be completely shot, but this is what I will try to play.

If I can find a copy, Final Fantasy 7 on ePSXe.

Guitar Hero 2 on 360 (graciously loaned by Kathode)

Lego Star Wars 2 on 360 (rental)

Halo 3 MP with my boys

Maybe, maybe a few turns of Medieval 2 or Star Wars Empire at War-maybe.

I am thinking I will probably still get about 5 hours in from tonight to sunday night, maybe 6 if the GF goes out one night, so it won't be too bad, but it will unfortunately require some sleep deprivation! Oh well.

I will probably log some r6 vegas time. As well as continuing my franchise in nhl 07. Probably not much more though, going to be a busy weekend as it is.

Neverwinter Nights 2 will dominate this weekend right alongside me cleaning out my DVR recordings (it's nice have the TV right near the PC).  And maybe some Godfather: Blackhand Edition on the Wii during my Godfather marathon.

I used to use ePSXe but a new one came out that is very impressive and easy to use.  You don't have to configure plugins and it works great and I haven't had any trouble setting it up.   Also when the window is out of focus the cpu consumption is really really low, which is good so when you use it at work you can switch when someone comes and your pc will not be bogged down.  (not that I do that).

I just bought the Playseat Evolution racing chair so probably alot of Forza 2 and other racing games.

I'll be playing some MLB 2K7 trying to pitch a perfect game once or twice and sending that back.  After that some Crackdown for sure, maybe download the Halo 3 Beta.  A game of Catan wouldn't shock me either.

I was really hoping to see you type something like that, Don!

Needless to say, I will be completely engrossed in both Forza 2 and The Show every chance I have to play this weekend.

I'd like to try this, but I don't understand 1 thing:

Can you just put the PS1 disk in your drive and play it that way or do you have to make some type of image of the disk   saywhat.

Either way should work.  An image accesses faster but it should work with the disc in the drive as well.

I'm hoping to get the Ouendan sequel this weekend.  If not, I'll probably play some Puzzle Quest and Etrian Odyssey on the DS.
Gamefly also sent me Valkyrie Profile 2, but I may not have much time at home to play that one.

3 games mostly:

  • Brand spanking new copy of Forza sitting on my desk unopened
  • Finish up World 3 in Loco Roco (awesome game)
  • Conned into re-renting COD3 on the 360 in order to try the multiplayer with some friends.

I'll be playing GTR 3, Prey, and Runaway 2: The Dream Of The Turtle.

How long does the Halo 3 Beta last?  I thought that was over at the end of May.  If It's going for a while then I'll have to go pick up Crackdown.

i think it ends on june 10th...it was gonna be a few days sooner, but because the beta went up a few hours later than planned, they extended it...or so they would have us believe....but i think we have at least another week of HALO3

Finished off Link to the Past today and I DL'd Super Mario 64 to give that a whirl. Holy crap is that game awful. The handling of Mario is terrible, everything is overtly silly, and the "combat" is practically useless since monsters hit you first regardless of whether you threw the first punch or not. Stupid, lame game that is now deleted.
