Weekend Playlist - 06/15/12 - Father's Day edition

This weekend is Father's Day so that means that those of you with family and kids will should be busy doing other stuff than gaming.

However, those of us with no kids can thoroughly enjoy our gaming time.

Myself, no kids so:

BF3 - picked up Premium so checked out some of the new content last night.
MW3 - still playing this although it's tapered off a bit lately.
Too Human - Human commando in this. Nearing the end of the first time through and debating on doing another. Still haven't quite figured out the runes and charms and the camera certainly leaves something to be desired but it's been an experience so far.

Probably rolling back a game of Crusader Kings II.  Pissing some people off is bad for your karma.

Tried to get back into War for Cybertron last weekend but I continue to struggle with gaming ADD as I played it for a few minutes, then moved on to MW3, then to Forza 4, and nothing seemed to be able to hold my interest.  Friday night softball starts back up again tonight, then we have a night tournament tomorrow (5pm to about midnight or later), but I hope to give gaming yet another try sometime Saturday afternoon or perhaps Sunday while recuperating from a night of non-stop softball. 

I want to finish War for Cybertron, but I also have been in an assassinating mood and might finally start AC:Revelations.  We'll see.

Dragon's Dogma on the 360, I may try and get back to Game of Thrones on the PC and Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii.  I also have some new blu rays I've been meaning to watch.

Probably some D3 and I need to get back into one of my numerous PS3 games that I half way completed. Either Castlevania or Rayman.

I should be to game a bit on Sunday. So I think it's going to be some Diablo III and League Of Legends. I got in The Secret World beta this weekend, but not sure Im gonna bother with it after the impressions I read from the last beta weekend.

Didn't play 'League Of Legends', as the server was down due a patch rollback last night. Logged into 'Diablo III', but played all of 4 minutes before I started to fall asleep at the keyboard. So.. nada was played this weekend. ugh.

Finished GoW: Ghost of Sparta on PSP. Not as good as Chains of Olympus but it did have it's moments. Get in some BF3 MP as usual at night for a short bit with an eventual domination against a couple real dicks last night. Oh so satisfying win.

Who was that supposed to be at the very end? Wife of Kratos? Only one left is his kid I would guess.

There is a God of War Vita game now? How is that? It's looking like the Vita is something I will have to consider picking up at some point with Uncharted and GoW now. Started to appreciate my PSP more lately after updating the firmware although I still can't get the PMPstreamer or VLC software to work properly now.

Thanks to Isgrimnur's AR I started up Crusader Kings 2 and after starting a Count in England with a single county my family is now the King of Leon and I am fighting Muslims for the control on the southern Europe

Got through Act 2 NM on D3, and about halfway through Act 3.  Think I'm pretty close to burning out though, since I haven't found any decent equipment in ages and have no desire to get involved in AH nonsense.

Played some Lollipop Chainsaw as well.  It's fun, but is so over-the-top vulgar that Mrs. Gratch won't let me play it unless both she and the little one are out of the house (only the second game that's ever happened with).  At that rate, it may take me 6 months to finish a 6 hour game.
