Don't know how many of you enjoyed the first one but the demo for Vietcong 2 comes out tomorrow.  It'll contain Capture the Flag, Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch modes and support up to 64 players.  The demo and the full version will feature a BF2-type unlock system so it might be interesting....we'll see tomorrow!

Too bad they don't include a coop mission in the demo, I bet that would seal the deal for many people.

I agree with Turtle.  I   L-O-V-E-D  the first game!  Co-op play was some of the most intense firefights I can remember in a game.

1) Iron site aiming for the win!
2) Accuracy of trying to hit your enemy while they were in cover was tough as hell - for the win again!
3) Hiding in brush, setting tripwire traps, getting to high ground, snipers not totally owning everyone else, team tactics - all for the win yet again!

Great game that I played for a long time.

Please keep us non-demo people updated.  I would love to hear some demo reviews/impressions on this!

I enjoyed the hell out of the first one with the exeption of one mission with HORRIBLE pathfinding.  I liked the story/main character and the situations he found himself in.

Never played the multiplayer portion but I'm still looking forward to seeing what they do with the single player campaign.

Awesome!! I loved the first game- I got bored of the first game about 2/3 of the way through, but the multiplayer was great-I was addicted to this one fortress assault map for like 2 months. Good stuff, can't wait.

I have a copy of the first game that I've never played.
