Anyone know of a good PS2->VGA adapter? I have a X2VGA for my xbox and love it, I'd like to ba able to hook the PS2 up to my monitor as well.

Don't think there are any specifically for the PS2. Just generic adapters that can take the RCA/component video output and turn it into a VGA signal.

I also want to know if something better than that is available for the PS2. A couple of months ago I bought something called XGA Box and while it works fine, it overheats fast and depending on the complexity of the 3D graphics of the game you play, it might take 15 minutes or even less before the signal is lost. If you're considering it, don't buy it. It's not worth it. Hopefully there is a better option out there.

Look into the VDigi VD-Z3: http://www.vdigi.com/

It got a pretty favorable review from Team Xbox:
