Tim,

I think you underestimate the power of the video game coding.  At http://www.consolegold.com/News/news.php?NewsID=2973, you mention that this isn't an exciting week for games.  I'm going to argue that Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana, Riviera, and Dead to Rights: Reckoning are going to be big this week.  (And because of my love for the giant robot genre..I hope that Mobile suit gundam is decent...urge to use credit card rising.)

I think I may have to pick up those first two games just to offer my views and prove that its going to be interesting.

Yeah, I have to decide if I want Riviera, Atelier Iris, or Monsters Menace America. :/

I am getting Riviera.  Now it is just a matter of figuring out which store will actually have it!  Altus games are not huge sellers or huge runs ususally.

I will have to make the rounds wednesday to see where I can find it.

Well, excuse me for not realizing we have two RPGs/Tactical RPGs this week. biggrin

Dead to Rights I can sorta 'eh' on (as it's more or less a port), but the other two sound interesting now that I've dug a bit further into them.

By tactical RPGs, do you mean games like Disgaea?  Neither Atelier Iris nor Riviera really fit that description.  Both are more-or-less traditional RPGs, at least in terms of battles.
