Two Star Wars Battlefront 2 (PS2) Questions

Two quick questions about this title.

Firstly, does the game support two-player on the same console (ie, split-screen?)

Secondly, how's the game run/look on the PS2?  Is it choppy, smooth, blurry, pretty, what?

Yes there's splitscreen support but the real multiplayer is online..

IMO the game looks pretty good given how old and underpowered the PS2 is.
Even when you fire up instant action and throw in 32 bots, the game rarely (if ever) lags.

Given how outdated the PS2 technology is, I'd still it's a good looking FPS with smooth framerates.
And now that it's on the $20 price tag, I'd definitely recommend it as there's so much to do in this game compared to the first - the "hunted" mode is one of my favorite new game types, and best of all, all the new game modes and multiplayer maps can be played both online and off - with bots (which are still just as dumb as the first one though) to fill in the teams.

i have this and the first game on xbox ,i used to spend hours upon hours online each day playing with a lot of friends

glad that these two games finally made the backwards compatible list on 360
