Awesome

Two player co-op!
Voiced dialogue!
16:9 support!
Online rankings!

I skipped the first Wii Trauma Center since I had already played the DS version, but this'll be a day 1 purchase for sure.  Co-op mode would just be hilarious.  You could even turn it into a pseudo- 4-player party game: Two people as the nurses holding the nunchucks to select instruments, and two surgeons calling out "scalpel!" "green goo!"

That is so damn awesome.  Loved the Wii version.  Two player co-op sounds just nutty!

I could never draw a straight line in the Wii version-  I'll have to try the DS version eventually.

The 2-player co-op sounds excellent and should really enhance this game. I loved the game on the DS, but have held off on the Wii version at least until the price drops. This is the Wii version I'll now buy day 1; count me IN.  icon_biggrin thumbsup

For me, the problem was with the twitchy nunchuck selection process.  It always bounced onto something else.  That and making stitches.  I never seem to do it the way they want me to.

I found that slow drawing doesn't work nearly as well as rapid flicking for stitches.
