I've heard good things about it and reviews are generally above average. Of course this isn't old school Transformers and is the minicon Transformers Armada. Hopefully they will bring a classic game over.
I hear it plays a lot like Metal Arms and there are some huge bosses as well.

After playing it in store at EB and I about threw up. Horrid control, it just grates on the skin, transforiming is worthless... It was basically a waste of the gorgeous graphics. Area after area of simple blasting enemies.

Sort of like Drakengard, hu? Shame. And what's even more of a shame is that they couldn't stick with G1. I still remember playing Transformers on my C64. Watching those little pixels transform was thrilling beyond reason.
