Evidently my brother has a gold XBL account he's not using. He's paid for until October and he said I can have it. Do I have to keep and use his gamertag or can I transfer the membership to my gamertag?

Anyone??

You'll have to use his tag (which you can change for 800 points).  I don't think there's a way to transfer time paid on another account.
