Evidently my brother has a gold XBL account he's not using. He's paid for until October and he said I can have it. Do I have to keep and use his gamertag or can I transfer the membership to my gamertag?

Anyone??

You'll have to use his tag (which you can change for 800 points).  I don't think there's a way to transfer time paid on another account.

Or he can cancel it and get a refund for time not used and you can sign up one for yourself.

How do you both put each other ahead of the other? Seems like someone would have to give.
