Well, there's a funky little device by one of the accessory companies (forgot which one offhand) that's out that allows you to copy files from your 360 to a PC's HD. Then you just need something to do the same on your Xbox.

In theory it would work. In theory.

It's sort of complicated, but apparently it can be done.

Try browsing around this site:  http://www.360gamesaves.com/

I have a thread going on there to find out just how to do it.  Unfortunately, it's not very newbie friendly, and they expect you to know things that you maybe won't.

I have one of the transfer kits and you can transfer files from your pc to the 360 hard drive easily.  I used it to put in all the real names for College Hoops 2K6.

BUT, I don't think regular Xbox saves are compatible with the 360.  I could be wrong.

They are, but they can't be transferred by the memory unit, apparently.  You have to hook the 360 hard drive up to the PC.  There are a couple of ways to do that.
