I've got a TC idea I want to follow up with in the unreal tournament 2004 engine...but I'm having trouble finding information on TCs?   I want to make a science/magic somewhat roleplaying FPS for the UT engine...but the info I need is kind of lacking.

Yeah, 3D Buzz has a HUGE series of tutorial videos, a lot of which were included on the DVD edition of UT2004.  I would think that would be a good place to start.
