apparently they are planning on bidding for the Darksiders IP too. and they didn't get it. Nordic Games got Darksiders, Titan Quest and Red Faction, plus a few others. |

Microsoft, Codemasters and Double Fine among those owed money
Among the claimants, Microsoft is seeking over $1 million in licensing and financing fees, Codemasters is seeking $1 million in unpaid royalties and stock, and Double Fine is seeking $595,000 in royalties and money owed for PlayStation Plus promotions.
Ex-THQ executives Jason Rubin and Jason Kay are also seeking $2 million and $2.1 million respectively, citing unpaid salary and severance, plus breaches of employment agreement.
Additionally, outstanding payments are owed to staff that worked work on Saints Row 4, Homefront 2 and Metro: Last Light.

in line with the THQ news: Ubisoft, who acquired THQ Montreal, fired Patrice Desilets (a designer for the first 2 AssCreed games) over a week ago. Today they announced that they have officially suspended work on game he was working on, 1666. Due to his contract for the game he won't get any of the IP rights as it isn't officially canceled.
it'll be interesting so see what is going on if the full story ever comes out.
