Borderlands
I started the Claptrap Revolution DLC the other day,and i guess i should of started that last because in it it introduced General Knoxx and Dr Ned as Human-traps(Claptrapped) after they supposedly died in the other DLCs
Final Fantasy 12
I first finished this game on the PS2,loved it...since then i have started it twice on PS3(B/C)but because it's not 100% compatible with the game the cutscenes stuttered ..and i live for Final Fantasy cutscenes,so i always quit.
So i finally got round to buying a PS2 memory card and i am going to start the game on my PS2
The game still looks great,hard to imagine its a last gen game,albeit end of last gen ..it was released just a few weeks before the PS3 in both U.S(Oct 2006) and UK(Feb 2007)
Tried Final Fantasy 10 as well,but for some reason the disc wont play...so i will wait for the HD version that is due next year

BF3 360 - awaiting the Armored Kill expansion. Will be getting some time in this weekend with the Double XP event.
Wolverine Origins 360 - played through this and got everything except the 'complete on hard' achievement which I am working on now. Surprisingly fun and underrated for a licensed game. Enjoyed my time going through it.
May go back and get some missing achievements in Halo CE:A like for the skulls and terminals. Gotta get around to doing some of the ODST firefight ones sometime to finish that.

Dark Souls on the PC, never finished on the 360. With the graphic fix this game looks great and is probably the best version, I can't stop playing.
Darksiders 2 - Stuck in some arena and can't find my way out.

Been hooked again by Borderlands, mainly because I think it plays better on PC. Maybe some FoC MP as well. The Steam backlog whittling might continue as well.

Four exams next week plus a case study, so gaming is going to be severely limited. But, as I attended the American Pharmacists Association soiree last night, perhaps tonight I can justify staying in and doing a little gaming following a day of rigorous study. I haven't booted up Red Dead Redemption all week, so it may be time to return to the old west.

I was able to do some 'real' gaming this weekend when I found a nifty gaming lounge in Brooklyn. Played a bit of 'League Of Legends' last night. I'll be able to play GW2 there this weekend.

How hard is it? The comments most people have made I must admit leave me intimidated. I played quite a bit of Alan Wake this weekend. It's a blast. Can't wait to see where the story goes. |
