for someone who has no money to get new games,i have quite a few titles that i want to play this weekend

Carrying on with my 4th playthrough of Red Dead Redemption

Destructor has made me want to try out Final Fantasy 6 again and Gratch has made me want to fire up Vagrant Story again

I have still not tried the multiplayer on Tomb Raider yet,i know its supposed to be shit, but its my sisters game so i want to at least give it a shot, maybe pick up an achievement or two before i have to give it back to her

and i still have her Hitman HD Trilogy,Hitman 2 is solid as rocks,so i may just skip that one

and finally,i want to watch Pitch Black,Dark fury and Chronicles of Riddick DVD boxset....but that means i want to play Escape from Butcher Bay and Escape from Dark Athena before i watch those...ahhh

So no doubt,i wont touch a damn thing this weekend and just carry on watching Star Trek on Netflix Tongue

My attempt at Vagrant Story landed with a thud, so I'm going to fire up Chrono Cross again.  It's been on my "I really need to finish that game" list for years...hopefully I can actually get past the first 4-5 hours without getting distracted this time around.  smile

WoW mount and battle pet farming.
Animal Crossing New Leaf

Maybe I'll dig into this Steam backlog that grew huge after the summer sale a few weeks ago.

AC3 As an AC fanboy, I have to admit this one isn't grabbing me quite like the others.  It's taking it's sweet time getting to the open world part, and climbing around Boston doesn't seem as natural as in the Middle East and Rome. But still, I'm just getting into it.

just wait until you have to climb the same church or tree for the dozenth time.  while I'm looking forward to the pirate theme of AC4, they really need to go back to the old world.

I think there is quite a difference between climbing the old north church and the Roman colloseum!

yeah, that's what I meant, the climbing in AC3 gets boring quickly.  they need to take us someplace with high buildings and better variety.

Maybe Crackdown, maybe Dynasty Warriors, maybe get back into some MWO or War Thunder.

Or like last weekend, end up reading and watching videos all weekend.

Tomorrow will bring some miniature wargaming. After that, who knows?  I finally bought my first truck in Euro Truck Simulator.  Looks like it will take me at least another dozen routes to purchase an upgraded garage so that I can then work toward hiring some drivers.

I felt the same way through a lot of Revelations and was ultimately glad that I stuck with it.  It might not be good enough to push on someone else, but that game definitely ends much better than it begins.

AC3, on the other hand...I just cannot sustain any enthusiasm for that game.  Connor is *such* a pill.

So I finally got to the point in AC3 where the game opens up. Had my first naval battle, invaded my first fort. So the game has it's hooks in me now, I'm liking it much better. Still nothing as cool as the tomb runs, which I really loved, but at least I'm having a good time.

that was the one thing I didn't miss.  hated the tombs, but at least they were optional so I could skip the rest.
