PR's sleepin on the job again.  Somebody wake him up.

We're getting a great weather weekend up here in the Pac NW so I doubt I'll get much time with gaming, but what time I do get will be playing Watch Dogs on the PS4 and whatever game on the Vita strikes my fancy.  I'm attempting to clear out the chests in Ys before tackling the end boss and it may be killing my will to continue.

I need more stick time in either World of Warplanes or WarThunder to prepare for the delayed Star Citizen dogfight module.

Still putting plenty of hours into Watch Dogs, and I expect I'll fire up Mario Kart 8 after it arrives from Amazon today.

FF XIV, and hopefully catch up on some sleep.

I finished the main storyline, have run multiple high-level (50) dungeons, started beast tribe quests, polished off the Archer hunting log (and am most of the way through Maelstrom), advanced to the highest GC ranking, unlocked most of the Hard mode dungeons, and got through the first 6 steps of my relic weapon quest.  That's a pretty damn productive weekend.

I have to be honest, I'm not sure I've ever been as addicted to a game as I am to FF XIV.  I typically just lose interest once I hit endgame MMO content, but I haven't had even the slightest pull to quit playing.  Quite the opposite...I find that I'm actually becoming more interested the further I get into the endgame stuff.  I'd love it if FF XIV followed the FF XI route and added a whole truckload of expansions over the next few years.

I wound up going back to Supreme Commander.  If it weren't for in-mission saves, I would have thrown this on the Abandoned pile a while ago.

Got some more time with both WD and Y's, but not enough to really advance in either.  WD is a pretty big game with all of the side quests you can do and the online integration.  Ys has a very grindy checklist of things to do for it's platinum, but thankfully, I am enjoying it quite a bit in small doses.

I got the true ending in Bravely Default with a completion time of 98 hours, 27 minutes.  I might write up something more detailed in the game's thread, but I really loved it!

Damn, that's an insane amount of time for a portable game.  Although I've got 40 hours in Ys on my first playthrough.

You could easily get the "Normal" ending in about half that time, and if I were to rerun the game from scratch, I could surely knock a huge chunk of time off that total.  Some of the tools Bravely Default gives you to expedite grinding are so potent, you barely even need to hold the system.  It's super respectful of the player's time in that respect.

Still, I wanted to give this game the full Gratch and get all the jobs, finish all the subquests, find all the hidden goodies, and get the True Ending without relying on a strategy guide.  It really is that good! nod

I wish Bravely Default would have kept my attention for that long.  I just couldn't wrap my brain around the idea of playing the entire thing over again.  Keep telling myself that I'll get back to it one of these days...

Yup, played a ton of Watch Dogs but still have a ways to go.  I think I need to quit getting distracted by all the side quests and just do the main story to finish it out.

I also spent an evening unlocking stuff in Mario Kart 8 in the 50cc circuit, need to go back and gold everything and do higher difficulties.
