It's.... The Weekend Playlist.. encouraging your gaming hobby since 1963. Gotta be a good boy and put my nose to the grinder and work today.. so no historical factoid will be supplied today. Sorry!
So.. what will be your gaming pleasure?
Me? I'm just playing League Of Legends. Working on polishing my game with several toons. Poppy and Nasus, mainly.
How about you?

I may be playing the PC upgrade game, haven't decided quite yet though. other than that I'm hoping to fire up some Red Dead Redemption, Heavy Rain and maybe some PS2 titles. it's going to be a crappy weekend weatherwise, so much gaming will be done.

I'm debating between finally opening up Portal 2, or sticking with Dragon Age 2 and finishing that before moving on. I would also like to get in some pro-guitar with Rock Band, but I doubt I'll get around to it.
It's been an odd couple of weeks for me. I want to play games, but whenever I find myself with time to actually play I end up choosing TV or reading a book.

Rift Dishwasher Vs. Football Manager 2011 - I might be fired as the manager of Man City as I can't seem to get this team motivated. I've been on a 10 game losing streak in the EPL with only a win against Real Madrid in the EU Championship league...

Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (PSP) Superbrothers Sword & Sorcery (iPhone) Final Fantasy III (iPhone)

Borderlands - Going through in SP right now with a Hunter. Pistols are fun! Shadow Complex - Pretty cool so far. I should have picked it up on sale a while ago. BlOps - 15th Prestige but taking a break until map pack probably. ????? - Should break out something unfinished from the backlog.
Supposed to be rainy here all weekend so game on.

Bully-360 Just got this off Games On Demand off the Marketplace, mainly because i couldn't find it in shops, its one of the cheap games on there and also it was only 2.9gig
Red Dead Redemption:Undead Nightmare-360 kind of lost my way with this and not been on it for awhile as i just wasn't enjoying it,i will try and get back to it this weekend, just so i can get the story done
Final Fantasy 12-PS2/3 As the first time i played this i am ridiculously overlevelled because i love the grinding for once,i am currently level 30 in the ozmose fields.Which is fine by me I just wish i had started this on the PS2 and not B/C on the PS3 as some cutscenes stutter

Might try to take a break from studying with a bit of Mass Effect 2, or perhaps even revisiting the original Portal as all of the Portal 2 chatter has made me want to play it again. But odds are I'll mostly be playing "study for an Anatomy muscles lab practical" along with "melt my brain while studying for an organic chemistry exam on alkane, alkene, and alkyne substitution/elimination reactions". I'd much rather play for cake, even if it is a lie.

ORGANIC CHEM EXAM POSTPONED FROM THURSDAY UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY! Time to celebrate with a cold beer and some much-needed gaming. Followed by a bit more studying as I should certainly use the extra time to my advantage, but for now I think I've earned a game.

Already got about an hour of Mass Effect 2 gaming in. On my way to recruit The Krogan, but for now watching the Phils/Padres game. Mass Effect 2 to resume following the baseball game.

wrapped up the last few levels in portal 2. all in all, i am very happy with it. i felt the length was just about perfect as you never had far to go for a change in puzzle mechanic, environment and interaction with the bots. some funny moments too and i never felt the solution to a puzzle was overly twitch based or difficult to grasp. i really wish i could try the co-op, but seeing as how i decided to wait on the steam copy activation, i am completely locked out of mp until sony get's its S together. it's just annoying that it happened on a good weekend home for me.

if they can get the servers working, i'd be good for a co-op run tomorrow. they don't have an eta though and until then, the PSN is down.

Magna Carta 2 was a game that I was sort of interested in when it came out 18 months ago, but the so-so reviews kept me from ever picking it up at full price. It went on my "someday when it's under $20" list...and I finally tracked down a used copy yesterday. Put in about 6 hours today, and am really enjoying it so far. The story is cliche and the voice acting and writing are awful, but the combat is fun as hell now that I've finally started to figure out the chaining system.

I think it will be a few more days yet for PSN,according to CVG they are rebuilding the entire system for security, some posters on Kotaku were saying that there were rumours that the credit card info had been breached, but i can't find anywhere that says that so they could be scaremongering http://www.computerandvideogames.com/299147/news/playstation-network-down-for-fourth-day-sony-rebuilding-entire-service/EDIT:the article has been edited of the word 'entire' now

I'm debating between finally opening up Portal 2, or sticking with Dragon Age 2 and finishing that before moving on. I would also like to get in some pro-guitar with Rock Band, but I doubt I'll get around to it. Friday night I worked through the first chapter of Portal, and then yesterday made it into Chapter 3 of the single player as well as a few levels into the co-op. I also managed to get some time in again with Rock Band pro-guitar. In fact, I even picked up one of my real guitars and started messing around with that again.
