It's!!!... The Weekend Playlist..fostering your gaming hobby since 1961, the year in which mankind reach a milestone in growth and exploration. The first man to reach space happened to have been a Russian, because Russians are hardcore that way. On April 12th, 1961, Yuri Gagarin went into orbit aboard the Vostok spacecraft. That was almost 51 years ago this coming April. How far have we come as a species? Coolness. So.. what will be your gaming pleasure this weekend? For me, I'm gonna be busy, so if I can spend any time with anything, it'll be Anno 2070, League Of Legends or Skyrim. How about youuuuuuu?

Gagarin was killed in a training flight in a Mig-15 in 1968, a fact that was covered up for years, as the idea that such a Hero of the Soviet Union would be lost in a rather pedestrian aircraft accident.
Tonight will be spent at dinner celebrating my gf's return to the working class. Weekends spent with her result in little gameplay being performed, a trend I am more than willing to continue.

I'm going to make some attempt to play the MGS HD collection, which has been sitting on top of my 360 for a month. Otherwise, any other free time I have for gaming will be spend boardgaming with our BattleTech campaign and Labyrinth: The War on Terror

Red Dead Redemption - 360 - Started this a couple days ago. Seems alright and looks good. I'm sure I'll finish it but the controls are a little clunky for me. BF3 - 360 - Still playing this. May work on something else as well. Too Human, Darksiders, Metro2033 are all in the 'to play or finish' pile still. Nasty wet weather here in MI so darn no outside yard work for me.

It's a fantastic port of the 2004 version, which was a port of the original.

Borderlands and Fallout 3 on the PC are both on deck.
played a ton of Borderlands, and completed the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned DLC. I'm way ahead of the curve level wise as I hit 30 with the DLC- the highest level for my non-DLC quests is currently 23, so I'm thinking it will be smooth sailing through the end of the main quest.

Borderlands is a great game, plus all the DLC if you can,co-op with a buddy,as me and Myto had a blast all through the game, driving sections were funny as hell, and it was handy having someone else when playing through all the Moxxi Underdome fights...which were quite lengthy

Since D3 broke on my gaming rig I decided to play Skyrim. Started a Khajit Archer Thief and I like the game play but find that Archery against heavily armored targets is a chore.

It turned out to be a busy working weekend, but I fit in 3 hours of 'Anno 2070' on late Friday night.
