It's!!!.... The Weekend Playlist.. coming at you from Brooklyn, NY, and this is the Boricua, PR_GMR. What will you be play-ing this weekend? Over here, it's gonna be SimCity and some Guild Wars 2. Maybe I'll throw in a game of League Of Legends, since I've been missing it. How about you?

looking to get some time with Tropico 4, StarDrive (although my interest has waned somewhat since my nth failed attempt at the early game), Star Conflict for the random mp action and maybe some Ni No Kuni.  first JRPG I've had any interest in since Lost Odyssey, which I got bored of.

Picked up Etrian Odyssey IV yesterday.  I've always liked the idea of these games, but the crazy difficulty turned me off.  Hoping the "Casual' option will help.

Between the Neverwinter beta, Saints Row 3 (thank you Steam sale), and Kingdoms of Amalur (also thank you Steam sale), I'll be busy.

Still playing through kingdoms of Amalur. Still enjoying it. Getting a bit close to the end, last cities over to the right anyway.

Since I'm on-call for this weekend's build. I'm pretty much tied to the house.  And then there's the fiancee recuperating from foot surgery on the couch.  So it looks like some pausable gaming goodness is in the waiting.  What that might be at the moment, I do not know.

Same. From my few hours of the Defiance beta, it's actually pretty good.

Went straight from the F1 2012 demo to the European Truck Simulator 2 demo.

That reminds me.  I need to set an alarm for 2 a.m. Sunday morning so I can watch the Malaysia Grand Prix.

My playtime this weekend may be altered to: Playing Defiance... logging into the other games for daily rewards, playing Defiance.

Oh, and maybe checking out the new arcade that just opened in town. Trying to revive the arcade that I (mis)spent a lot of my high school days (and money) at.

Who are you recruiting for your party?

In the demo, I used a Landsknecht for physical attacks, a Fortress for defense, a Dancer for offensive buffs, a Runemaster for magical attacks, and a medic for healing.  Seemed like a solid group, at least for that early content.

Same, but swapped the Dancer for the Nightseeker.  Enjoying it, but need to check out some skill point FAQs to make sure I don't end up gimping my party.

Fallout 3 - PC - Been hitting this pretty hard lately with the intention of at least finishing the main quest and DLCs. Always get distracted when starting it in past.
Darksiders - 360 - Restarted this but got to the same spot as last time and put it down again. I like a good Zelda game but this doesn't seem to grab me yet.

I ended up buying ETS2 on sale for $20, the most I've paid for a game in a while. F1 is in my wishlist.  I tried to stay up until the GP, but didn't quite make it.

Threw in some Civ V for my second ever session.  Seems decent, but I still need to learn the ropes.

I caught a few of the highlights yesterday including the wrong pit and rumblings that the two Red Bull drivers weren't exactly playing nice in the final laps.

I caught a few of the highlights yesterday including the wrong pit and rumblings that the two Red Bull drivers weren't exactly playing nice in the final laps.

It was funny seeing when Hamilton went to the McLaren pit,his girlfriend(Nicole Scherzinger)was laughing at it watching from the sidelines,Lewis being with McLaren so long i guess you can forgive the mistake, and he did not obstruct anybody else's drive through the mistake

As for the rest of the race,Team orders came into play for both Red Bull and Mercedes

Mark Webber was first with Seb Vettel second when they were told to finish in this order,Mark Webber turned his engine down, but a few laps later Sebastian Vettel thought balls to that, and overtook Mark Webber, and came very close to taking both of them out...Sebastian Vettel isn't getting nice press at the moment because of it,the afterroom after the race and before the podium was very tense between the two,Mark Webber has had issues in the past with Vettel(They have come together on the track before)..and there is even word of Webber wanting to quit/leave now

Mercedes cocked up with their fuel for apparently both cars, and was told to finish the race as they were(Hamilton number 3,Nico Rosberg at number 4) and save fuel, which Hamilton was already ordered to do a few laps earlier to take no chances and ensure that they do not run out of fuel and were able to actually finish the race,Rosberg frequently on the radio said that he could get more out of the motor, but accepted the order and stayed behind Hamilton(although very close to show he could of taken him anytime)

Hamilton after the race acknowledged Rosbergs 'sacrifice',and was humble on the podium and said it should of been Rosberg who was there

and that is why we have a podium where all three of them have faces that looked like smacked arses  icon_lol

It seems there is a decent enough excuse for Team Orders for Mercedes with their cock up on the fuelling ...but i am still not a fan of team orders in racing(Ferrari doing it for Alonso a few years past and telling Massa to let him pass),but as the racers themselves say, they are employed by the team,so they work for the team

Not really sure why Red Bull were ordered to stay as they were, but it was pretty shitty of Vettel to overtake Webber when he knew he had turned his engine down and was not 'racing' as such

kinda held off on the Neverwinter beta so it would be fresh when it launches.  Played a bunch of Saints Row the Third and found Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate didn't quite click with me.

Mostly LCU this weekend.  I think I'm 3/4 of the way through the main missions but only <20% of everything unlocked.

I tried Defiance quickly once I could finally get in, but didn't last too long.  I ended up going back to play PlanetSide 2 for my massive shooter fix.
