Good morning. No fancy post this morning. Feeling low-key today. What will be your gaming pleasure this weekend? For me, I think I'm gonna pounce on that Anno 2070 sale at Steam for 30 bucks and sample it. I'm gonna play more Skyrim, darnnabbit! And of course, I'll take in some League Of Legends. How about you?

I'm in massive game overload mode right now.  Currently working on:

-  ME3 on 360
-  Hot Shots Golf (Vita)
-  Wipeout 2046 (Vita)
-  God of War:  Shadows of Olympus (Vita)
-  Getting a new iPad today and am dying to play the new Chaos Rings II and Infinity Blade II (among a million other things)

Need to figure out which one of these to focus on first, otherwise I won't end up finishing any of them.

well i was going to play Mass Effect 3 and finish up getting the 5000 kills achievement(which would just leave the two insanity achievements),but alas,the EA servers asked for my log in to Origin again and it wiped all 3000 kills i had,which happened when i had 800+ kills...so fuck that shit

I am thinking i may restart Kingdoms of Amalur on hard


I do still need to download the new Maps for Modern Warfare 3,so i will play that at some time

Going to try to finish off Half-Life 2 again tonight or this weekend. May pick DE:HR back up and hope the rest of the game doesn't piss me off as much as that first boss fight did.

It's going to be another 70 degree weekend in cleveland in march!!! So during the day, setting up the patio!!! At night I'll try to plug away at my backlog... Prolly really just play kingdoms of amalur on ps3 and Rayman on vita.

Going to see 21 Jump Street tonight...

It's been getting surprisingly good reviews, so I'm curious to hear what you think.  I expected it to be atrocious, but it is apparently quite funny.

With St. Patrick's Day plans tomorrow and a random rain storm blowing through on Sunday which will drop the temperature into the 50's for a few days, the wife and I will probably spend Sunday holed up on the couch nursing our hangovers with Chinese food, movies, and The Walking Dead season finale.  Should probably do some calculus homework before Monday's due date, too.  I don't foresee much gaming this weekend if any.

Got the new iPad I had the first generation and the screen is really nice, so I fired up Infinity Blade 2 and it runs fine and looks awesome. 

March Madness will take most of my time but hopefully will get some game time in.

ME3 about 2/3 through so I'm ready to get to the bad ending so I can rant with my friends. 
Rockband 3, I still play this about an hour a day.

Saw it  and loved it.  Jonah Hill is becoming a great comedian and Channing Tatum held his own.  They pay homage to the original series, but make it their own and I highly recommend it.


There are a few surprises and wink and nods for the fans of the original series

Spoiler for Hiden:

Saved everyone and gave the intact station to the Illusive Man. End boss was dumb. ME1 was much better.

I was a full on Paragon and thought that it would help in the future fight but now everyone just tells me it was stupid. I do still have a save on the station I think so maybe I will go ahead and change it to see what happens.

Ended up romancing 'DAT ASS'. Wasn't real crazy about Jack as she never grew on me from lack of use and Tali never really got used either. Mordin was by far the most entertaining character and was usually taken with DAT ASS. I liked Thane a lot as well. Garrus was his usual bad ass self.

I used an ME1 save where I let the Council die. Does it change much if they live?

Not sure when I will get back to a replay on this. Spent ~75hours doing everything I could find including scanning all planets and searching most nooks and crannies for stuff. Hopefully the tons of resources I gathered are good for something in ME3 whenever I get it.

Overall I liked ME1 better. ME2 has some better characters and set pieces but ME1 had a better villain and story.

I agree, liked ME1 a lot better.  as for your question, in ME2 no but ME3 potentially.

Spent about 6 hours with ME3, and a couple hours each with Chaos Rings II and Infinity Blade on iPad.  Think I like playing IB2 better on my phone.  Messed around with Rune Raiders and Pirates! on iPad as well.  Didn't even fire up the Vita.

I played a very good chunk of 'Anno 2070'. Like 6 hours on Sunday afternoon. It's a solid city sim game. Very much enjoying it. Didn't get to touch anything else this weekend.
