(PR sends a video message out)

I'm still being held hostage by Ceekay's gremlins.. but I've managed to this message out:

It's!!!.... The Weekend Playlist, encouraging your gaming hobby since 1963.. the year in which one of the world's most famous prisons came to a close. I was actually just near there. Couldn't take the ferry in--you actually have to buy tickets a day or two in advance. Yes, It's Alcatraz Island.. which was first used as a military prison in 1861 and was finally closed on March 21st, 1963. It's now a very popular tourist attraction in San Francisco.

So what will be your gaming pleasure? I think I'm gonna hunker down and just finish Transformers: War For Cybertron for my PS3. Might play some other stuff.. maybe pick up Bulletstorm.. but most definetely put more time into Transformers:WFC. How about you?

Probably just Killzone 3, although I'd like to keep chipping away at KOTOR. I need to finish that game! I've gotten to the same point in the game several times (the first opportunity you have to travel to multiple planets). Right now I'm just about the point where you get Bastila.

Trying desperately to finish the Assassin's Creed 2 DLC I purchased a long time ago, but it's doing zero for the story and seems to be more frustrating than fun.  The platforming seems to be even more prevalent than in the main storyline, and the camera makes it unnecessarily more difficult to seemingly extend playtime (and irritation).  It's just hard for me to move on to Brotherhood with unfinished things to do in AC2.  Even though I have 100% achievement completion and have also completed the entire storyline.  But I'll mostly be doing organic chem and continue to fear starting Mass Effect 2.  I have a week off from school coming up for Spring Break and really have zero interest in going anywhere, needing to decompress from a challenging semester.  I am seriously considering using my break to play the absolute hell out of ME2.  A vacation to a distant galaxy without having to leave my couch or beer fridge.

Absolutely no idea as of yet. May try to find some more masks in Enslaved but I think I may try to finally hit 75% complete in Just Cause 2. Almost there.

That's what I'm playing, too. Such a great game.

Just finished up a Legendary play through of Halo 3:ODST but I may go back through on Easy to get a couple of the audio logs I missed and some low hanging achievements. Wouldn't mind getting the Firefight ones for it sometime but probably not this weekend. Otherwise, in no particular order:

BlOps - Starting to get a little worn down on this. MW2 I had more fun with it seems even as flawed as it was. I'd be down for some BlOps zombies though to grab some achievements.
Halo 3 - Want to do a Legendary play through of this sometime. Never did it all solo.
Fallout 3 - Cruising the river on a big boat currently.

May fire something else up from the backlog as well but not sure. Possibly PS3 related.

Civ V and Dragon Age: Awakening. I have a rare weekend with very little planned and no work, so I'll probably actually make this happen.

Played Assassins Creed 2 last night and learned that I only had to finish one of the templar tombs and the "secret" Auditore crypt in Monteriggioni.  I now have 100% of the achievements and I reached 100% synchronization.   icon_cool  Now on to Brotherhood.

Played a lot of killzone 3 to the point of almost finishing it. It's pretty solid for a shooter but I will probably send it back when I'm done as I still have a huge backlog to work through.

Played lots of Bad Company 2. Grabbed the onslaught mode and it is pretty fun as well. Little bit of Cladun mixed in between.

Lost track playing Civ V until 1:30 in the morning one night. Then played Dragon Age: Awakening the rest of the weekend. I'll probably finish that up tonight, and then my choice will be to either download the rest of the DLC, or go back and finish up Fallout: New Vegas.

Finished off Killzone 3, but then I bought Rift, which I said I wasn't going to do  icon_redface

I did what I said I was going to do by playing Fallout NV all weekend long.  My 360 Friends may not think so because we've been having trouble (again) with our Comcast box so I was disconnected for most of Saturday.  I stayed in New Vegas despite that - and isn't that part of a wise old saying, anyway?  Whoever goes to New Vegas... stays there!
