It's!!!!... The Weekend Playlist.. the last one for 2013! What will you be playing this weekend? For me, it'll be The Last Of Us, League Of Legends and Starbound. How about you?

Man, too many games to play!  I have LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, Zoo Tycoon and Skylanders: Swap Force already in progress.  And Battlefield 4 is still getting some love.  And then there are the few Steam games I've gotten cheap...

Most likely I'll just keep playing LEGO Marvel.

Hoping to wrap up God of War Ascension either tonight or tomorrow.  It's been underwhelming, but I'm just about to the end, might as well add one more to the finished list for the year.  Might be buying a new PC as well, so I'm sure I'll spend lots of time getting that set up and configured.

Minus the BF4 which I returned, this.

I managed to find a few swap force characters in the wild.

The only Swap Force characters we're missing (between my son and I) are

Trap Shadow Freeze Blade
Doom Stone  Stink Bomb

Going to continue my FIFA 14 season and start Assassin's Creed 4. Maybe a little Killzone on the side.

Tomb Raider 360
BF4 SP PC

Trying to finish these up before the new year. Been on a decent roll lately of crossing things off the backlog. May start an RPG after this.

FTL and Dishonored DLC. FTL is very addictive. I haven't come close to winning yet, even though I switched over to easy. I am making progress though.

Where on earth did you find Rubble Rouser?  I thought it wasn't due to be released until the 29th.

My new PC won't be here until next week, so I'm going to hold off on starting anything non-console.

Finally broke down and grabbed Tales of Xillia for PS3.  Hoping this one breaks my Tales series jinx.

Have you decided which character you're going to be?  Kimberley Wallace claimed their storylines are quite different.

I've read that starting with the male lead is best for the first time through, so I'll probably go with that.  Won't get a chance to play until after the Wonder Twins are in bed tonight...will report back later.  REALLY hoping is doesn't have the same boring as hell start that killed Graces F for me.

I'm currently trying to finish up some older Xbox One games before diving into AC4. So I've been tearing up some Forza 5. I'm also only two chapters away from beating Dead Rising 3, so that will probably get some play time as well.

On the PC front I'm currently playing The Witcher in an attempt to finally beat it and Witcher 2 in preparation for Witcher 3 next year.

I'd like to tell the Dev's that made FTL-very good game, but next time how about making easy mode, oh I don't know, easy? Without the lamo
Spoiler for Hiden:
3 stage very hard to kill can't save, probably can't repair boss fight at the end.

Put about 6 hours into Tales of Xillia, which has cemented my final opinion on the Tales series as a whole.

Thankfully, I bought it used so I can take it back this week and pay off Bravely Default in full.  Grabbed the DLC for Warlock:  Master of the Arcane, will play a game or two of that tonight.

I played several hours of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, still liking that one, but need to spend more time in the open world NY.

I started and finished How the Saints Save Christmas for Saints Row 4.  Pretty good, but also pretty short.

I started and finished Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.  Pretty good, but I think I had too much knowledge beforehand for it to make a decent impact.

Boooooo!  No, we want more!

Play Tales of Xillia until the day before you have to take it back and tell us what happens.  I don't know what Bravely Default is, but unless it comes out tomorrow, everyone still wants an RPG review frown

Bravely Default, a Squeenix JRPG for 3DS that looks pretty damn rad.

got a few hours in with AC4 and I am feeling the urge to wrap up the main storyline and easy low-hanging collectibles.  I thought about going for the platinum but I don't have the gaming time to devote to MP and to replaying the missions for the 100% sync ratings.

didn't touch skylanders, but my son did.  he's gotten good at it pretty quickly so I may try a few levels at hard to see what game can be like.  amazing how many hours you would need to platinum it though, not to mention figures to unlock all the side activities.  doubt I'll bother outside of the trophies I can get now.

I played a good chunk of Batman Origins Blackgate.  Really dislike the puzzle aspects to all of the boss fights as you are often retrying them each several times before you figure out their patterns.  I closed it out of disgust yesterday after getting to the last boss and seeing what appears to be severe button lag.

Night Shift's bottom has come in handy.

Wow, that sounds bad.

Anyways, I swap to his ghostly teleport powers since I have his recovery power where when you're defeated you can come back again (with more health, x2).

I find that even on normal, going in with a low level Skylander can be treacherous.
