(PR walks into the thread and sees Ceekay about to start it.. PR kicks the back of Ceekay's chair.. Chair rolls back, crashes thru a plexiglass window on the 19th floor of a skyscraper.. and Ceekay screams all the way down)

Now.. where were we?

It's... The Weekend Playlist!! Bringing you gaming pleasure since 1983.. but we'll skipt the historical data for now.

What will be your gaming pleasure? Me? I'm this <--> close to reaching level 30 in League Of Legends. I'll be working this weekend, but will make the effort to get that damn level 30. How about you?  icon_smile

hey.... that was my favorite chair! you're just mad I paid Duke Nukem to give you a wedgie!

anyhoo, I figure I'll continue truckin' with Infamous 2, and maybe fire up the Wii for some Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker.  I may give Witcher 2 another shot, but if I'm playing on the PC more likely it will be Red Faction: Armageddon.

Not sure yet.  I've played a ton of stuff over the last few weeks, but nothing has really grabbed me.  The new Alice is somewhat tempting, but I'm not sure it's worth paying full price for.

Hoping to finalize what my yearly "retro" game will be, and have it narrowed down to Xenogears, Diablo II, Icewind Dale II, or Arcanum.  Probably end up being between Xenogears and D2 (I've already got 4-5 hours into each), as I have a hard time reading the text on both Arcanum and IWD2 when widescreen mods are applied.

I finished inFamous 2 recently, but never finished the first one, so I'll try to knock that out (left off at the final island) this weekend.

Probably not much gaming this weekend.  I will be winging my way to Columbus in just over ten hours to spend the next five days at my sister's house and then using her place as a flop house for three glorious days of Origins.

Hopefully finishing up The Witcher, other than that it's Ultimate Alliance 2 and various fighting games with the kids.  If I have any extra time I'll try and squeeze some inFamous 2 in.

Borderlands 360 - finished the main SP last night I believe but then it went to the DLCs so on to them now.
BC2 360 - need to get some more points (80 Roll Eyes) so I can pick up Vietnam and play that with the Ars crew.
Morrowind PC - Can't seem to get back into this right now. Console mood lately or something I guess.

Something else maybe. Definitely from the backlog if get around to it.

The wife unexpectedly had to travel to Charleston for work, so I'm home alone until she gets back next Thursday around noon.  So, other than tonight's softball double-header, the rest of the weekend will be dedicated to killing a 30-pack of Banquet and continuing on in Mass Effect 2.  I have about 40 hours logged, only one more teammate to recruit, two or three more loyalty missions to complete, and then comin' again to save the motherfuckin' day!

Probably going to try to burn off Crysis 2. I'm halfway through and still have no idea what the Hell the point is. Maybe throw in some LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean which is actually really damn good.

i've been down that road many times before...but not this time!  it's just a tv upgrade, so one HDMI cable goes to the new plasma, plug in the power, and it's all set.  i definitely don't miss the old days with so many cables icon_cool

I grabbed the Riddick games from D2D on Friday, and played about halfway through Escape from Butcher Bay.  While it was kinda fun, I either don't get how the stealth system works, or I absolutely suck at it.  It's frustrating when a guard 100 yards away detects me and opens fire, even though I'm crouching in complete darkness and the game says I'm hidden (i.e. everything is blue).  The single save slot also backed me into a corner, as it saved me in a spot with a ton of guards with guns (I can't access any guns at this point), one block of health, and nary a med station in sight.  Basically, if I take about 10 steps in either direction from this save point, I get immediately gunned down.

Quite a shame, as I was actually having a pretty good time with it, up until this point.
